 W ELIOT THOMAS

 Eliot Thomas wrote a short guide to the areas of St Marychurch and Babbacombe toward the end of the nineteenth century. The sketch map of the district covered is very similar to the sketch maps of Torquay and Ilfracombe used by Ward and Lock.
